Compensation for Supervisory Boards and Boards of Directors
Compensation for supervisory boards or boards of directors and similar payments that are paid to a person resident in one contracting in his/her capacity as a member of a supervisory board or board of directors of a company that is domiciled in the other Contracting State can be taxed in the other State.
