The Danish Ministry of Finance has published the draft proposal for the 2022 Finance Bill, together with supporting documents including an overview of taxes and fees for 2022. While no new tax proposals are made, the draft does include more routine changes, such as an increase in the top tax limit to DKK 549,600 for 2020, DKK 551,300 for 2021, and DKK 552,500 for 2022, as well as adjustments in allowance amounts and other tax values for individuals. The draft also takes into account the extension of the 130% deduction for R&D expense till the end of 2022 and green tax reform measures.
Although no major measures are included, it is possible that additional measures will be added before the Finance Bill is finalized and approved. Details on any such measures will be published once available.
