ARTICLE XXV
Entry into Force
The Convention shall enter into force upon the exchange of instruments of ratification and its provisions shall have effect from the tax year commencing after the said ratification.
Any agreement reached shall be implemented notwithstanding any time limits in the national laws of the Contracting State.
