ARTICLE 3
Income from Hydrocarbons
Nothing in this Convention shall affect the right of either States or their local governments or local authorities to apply their laws and regulations relating to taxes on income and profits/gains from hydrocarbons and related activities located in the territory of the Contracting State concerned, as requires.
