ARTICLE 19
Pensions and Life Annuities
(1) Pensions and other similar remuneration, as referred to in paragraph (2) of Article 19, paid to a resident of a Contracting State in consideration of past employment shall only be taxed in that Contracting State.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of this Article, pensions, and other similar remuneration paid under social security laws of a Contracting State, shall only be taxed in that State.
