The Republic of Belarus is a land-locked country in Eastern Europe, bordering Russia, Poland, and Ukraine. The Belarusian economy is mainly focused on manufacturing and is largely state-controlled, although foreign investment is promoted through certain business parks and other incentives.
The currency is Belarusian Ruble (BYR).
