8.2.2. Withholding Taxes

Dividends

Dividends paid to non-resident enterprises are subject to withholding tax at the rate of 20%, unless the rate is reduced under a tax treaty.

Interest

Interest paid to a nonresident is subject to withholding tax at the rate of 20%, unless the rate is reduced under a tax treaty.

Royalty Copyright

Royalty payment is subject to withholding tax at the rate of 20% on royalties paid to non-residents, unless the rate is reduced under a tax treaty.

Royalty Patent

Royalty payment is subject to withholding tax at the rate of 20% on royalties paid to non-residents, unless the rate is reduced under a tax treaty.

Royalty Trademark

Royalty payment is subject to withholding tax at the rate of 20% on royalties paid to non-residents, unless the rate is reduced under a tax treaty.

Technical Service Fees

Management service fees and technical service, technical know-how or technical assistance fees paid to a non-resident are subject to withholding tax at the rate of 20%, unless the rate is reduced under a tax treaty.

Rental Income on Plant and Machinery
