13.3.8. Method of attribution to Resident Shareholders

A resident taxpayer’s taxable income includes its share of the attributable income of the CFC (otherwise referred to as the "attribution percentage") derived for the CFC's statutory accounting period that ends in the taxpayer's year of income. The attribution percentage is based on the resident’s total direct and indirect attribution interests (i.e. control interests – see above) in the CFC.
