1.1.1.2. Main Forms for Cross-Border Business and Cross-Border Structuring

Apart from a sole proprietor, any of the other business forms may be used for cross-border business or cross-border structuring purposes. Generally, with the exception of companies and branches, separate laws govern other forms of business from state to state, but these tend to be broadly similar in scope and detail.
