UK HMRC published updates to its International Exchange of Information Manual on 3 March 2021, including clarifications in regard to Country-by-Country reporting: Directions relating to the filing of CbC reports on an XML schema. One of the key points is that XML files must conform to HMRC's rules and can be validated against the OECD's schema, with Version 2.0 of the XML schema to be used as from 1 January 2021.
