Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced the publication of Presidential Decision No. 5191 on 14 February 2022, which approves the competent authority arrangement on the exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports with the United States. The agreement was signed by Turkey and the United States on 17 and 24 November 2021, respectively, and provides for the exchange of CbC reports with respect to fiscal years of MNE groups commencing on or after 1 January 2019.
