Trinidad and Tobago's Ministry of Finance published a notice on the availability of VAT bond application forms on 27 January 2025. Taxpayers owed VAT refunds in excess of TTD 250,000.00 are currently eligible to receive three-year VAT Bonds with a fixed rate of 4.01% per annum. VAT Bonds are issued on a first come, first serve basis.
