Poland's Ministry of Finance has announced that is extending the deadlines for the preparation and submission of financial statements, including consolidated statements for 2021, as well as corporate income tax returns for 2021. With regard to financial statement reporting, the deadlines are extended by 3 months for private sector entities, excluding those supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and extended by 1 month for public finance sector entities. With regard to corporate income tax returns, a 3-month extension is provided for all taxpayers for the submission of returns and for the payment of the tax (balance) due. The regulations providing for the extensions are being finalized.
