Parliament enacts tax Bills — Orbitax Tax News & Alerts
On 6 December 2007, the parliament enacted several tax bills:
| - | amending the CFC rules (Prop. 2007/08:16); | |
| - | amending taxation of capital gains for closely-held companies (Prop. 2007/08:19); | |
| - | amending certain rules for personal deduction | |
| - | extending the employment deduction, which was introduced in early 2007 (Prop. 2007/08:22) |
The rules will apply from 1 January 2008.
