On 31 March 2023, Luxembourg's Government Council approved the ratification of the amending protocol to the 1993 income and capital tax treaty with Romania. The protocol, signed 6 December 2022, is the second to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
