On 21 June 2022, the Czech Financial Administration issued a release on the publication of frequently asked questions and answers, including practical examples in relation to the DAC6 cross-border arrangement reporting requirements. This includes FAQs on the approach to tax-transparent entities and their investors/partners, reporting of cross-border arrangements created within a group by another member entity, reporting requirements for different tax advisor activities, the impact of the UK's withdrawal from the EU, and others.
