The Cyprus Ministry of Finance has published the draft Budgetary Plan for 2021, which was presented to the parliament finance committee on 26 October 2020, following its approval by the Council of Ministers on 22 October. With respect to taxation, the plan includes two key measures:
According to the budgetary plan document, draft bills for these two measures have been sent to the Attorney General's office for legal vetting and the measures have been agreed to with relevant stakeholders (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus - ICPAC).
