Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has updated its information page on deadlines for submitting returns to include an extension for certain fiscal years, due to special circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 crisis. This includes that for fiscal years ending 31 December 2020 to 28 February 2021, an exceptional extension to 28 October 2021 is provided for the submission of the tax returns. The schedule of return deadlines for subsequent fiscal year ends has also been published.

Note that with the extension of the return deadline, the deadline for the submission of the transfer pricing Local file (Form 275LF) is extended accordingly given that the Local file is due by the return deadline.
