The Argentine tax authority (AFIP) has issued a release announcing the issuance of General Resolution 5305/2022, which further extends the deadline for the regularization of income tax and personal property (assets) tax provided by General Resolution 4959/2021. General Resolution 4959/2021 provided an extension for the payment of tax under the regularization payment facility provided by General Resolution AFIP No. 4057/2017 until 30 September 2021, with payment allowed in up to three installments with a 25% down payment. This was subsequently extended to 31 December 2022 and is now extended to 31 January 2023, with payment still allowed in up to three installments with a 25% down payment.
