Anguilla's Inland Revenue Department (IRD) issued a release on 6 April 2022 announcing the launch of registration for the new Goods and Services Tax (GST) that will be implemented on 1 July 2022. A GST Registration Guide has also been made available for this purpose on the IRD website, as well as Form F2 for the registration of sole proprietors and Form F3 for the registration of non-individuals, including companies and partnerships.

The Valley, Anguilla - The Inland Revenue Department (IRD), in preparation for the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on 1 July 2022 is pleased to announce the launch of its registration drive for GST commencing, Monday 4th April 2022.

Note that Auctioneers, Short-Term Accommodation Providers (stays of 182 days or less), Promoters and Proprietors of Public Entertainment or State or Statutory Bodies, are required to register from the date the taxable activity commenced, regardless of the registration threshold requirement of EC$300,000.
The registration forms can be accessed on the IRD Website or at our office. Form F2 is to be completed by Sole Proprietors and Form F3 by Non-individuals such as Partnerships and Companies.
