According to recent reports, Anguilla, Dominica, and Seychelles are to be removed from the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions during an Economic and Financial Affairs Council meeting scheduled for 5 October 2021. Seychelles has been included since the non-cooperative list was first approved, while Anguilla was added in October 2020 and Dominica was added in February 2021. If removed, 9 jurisdictions will remain listed as non-cooperative, including American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Panama, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Vanuatu.
