Algeria's Directorate General of Taxes has issued a communiqué regarding an extension of the deadline for filing annual tax returns for the 2022 financial year. Normally due by 30 April of the following year, the communiqué provides that the deadline for the 2022 tax return is extended to 31 May 2023 with a view to enabling companies to fulfill their tax obligations under the best conditions. The same extension applies for the submission of transfer pricing documentation, which is generally submitted with the return by taxpayers subject to the documentation requirements.
