Orbitax and ICSA Software North America, Inc. Sign Teaming Agreement

ICSA Software, the world's leading provider of global entity management, corporate governance and company secretarial software, today announced a Teaming Agreement with Orbitax, providers of international tax decision support and analysis software. The agreement will allow users of ICSA Software's flagship product, Blueprint OneWorld, to dramatically reduce their tax research time, model the tax impact of transactions and optimize cash flow tied up in taxation.

Blueprint's link with Orbitax's Tax Management Expert TME, provides users with a central and customized tax dashboard for the enterprise. Tax, Finance and Regulatory professionals within the enterprise will now create and maintain (in chart and table formats) an entity structure with tax attributes to manage the relationship between entities, model transactions, and track tax planning and compliance tasks. The tax attribute data can then be instantly researched further with a single click to underlying tax research sources from Thomson Reuters (i.e. WG&L, RIA, PPC, Sweet and Maxwell, etc.), the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) and International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), the leading research center focusing on international and cross border taxation.
